I’m a Chartered Accountant turned tech leader, but that’s just one part of the story.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with some of New Zealand’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, helping them create the conditions for teams to innovate, collaborate, and succeed without burning out.

My career journey took a pivotal turn after reading the book Regenerative Leadership. It was a lightbulb moment—I realised that the strategies I used to empower teams and drive results worked because we created the conditions for people to thrive while delivering value for the business.

That realisation led me to found World Changing Business, where I blend regenerative practices with practical, results-driven strategies to help leaders, teams and businesses evolve to make sustainable impact.

I work with purpose-driven teams, businesses building internal sustainability capabilities, and leaders who are ready to unlock their team’s full potential.
